About this trip

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Cancelation policy:  Please note Soulful Yoga Retreats are limited in capacity to allow for a more personal and intimate experience. Due to the nature of planning international retreats for retreat leaders and participants alike, we have a strict no refund policy on any payments made.  As unexpected events do occur, we strongly encourage participants to purchase their own travel insurance to ensure your trip fees will be covered should you need to cancel for any reason. It is best to buy travel insurance immediately after booking or at least within 14 days of your first retreat payment. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for inadequate participant interest prior to three months of retreat start date. In that case, all monies paid to Soulful Yoga Retreats will be refunded. Soulful Yoga Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses incurred outside of retreat payments.

Ireland is absolutely gorgeous !  The retreat was nestled in a beautiful forest. The yoga was great!  The food was wonderful! Enjoyed the companionship, too!

What a wonderful week in Belize! It is always so wonderful to connect and re-connect with the SoulSweatYoga community and share great times, interesting conversations, fun excursions, and invigorating yoga sessions. The lodge was beautiful; the food was so good - made with ingredients grown on the farm, so flavorful. The fish and chicken were so fresh and delicious, and the staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful. Can't wait until the next one!

Nectar Yoga in Bowen Island, Canada

This was a perfect trip. The food, the location, the yoga, the group, the accommodations and the staff were all perfection. I loved every minute of it. Highly recommend.

This trip was an amazing time, I wanted to just live there! ha! Such a lovely reset and step away from responsibility and routine. All of the Soul Sweat Staff are wonderful and just made everything easy! I loved loved the horses and all the animals!! The yoga was peaceful under the open pavilion and Melinda and Kelsey are such kind peeps! I hope to go again next year!

Retreat Ranch in Marble Falls, TX

This was a trip of a lifetime. It was the perfect blend of yoga and excursions. In our family, I am usually the tour director. It was so nice to have someone else (Melinda and Kelsey) handle every detail.  All I had to do was show up and enjoy the trip. The resort, food and staff was sublime. The group was wonderful. I only casually knew one person before leaving on the trip.  After taking this trip, I feel like I have an entire group of new friends. My favorite part of the trip was the non stop laughter. It was also the perfect blend of activity and relaxation. Melinda and Kelsey planned too many fun excursions to list. Some highlights include, but are not limited to, a cooking class (with a monogramed apron (!)), a tour of a local coffee farm, a hike to see a gorgeous waterfall, trips to local beaches and markets and a cacao ceremony.  If you are on the fence, go for it. I travel a lot. This ranks up there with my favorite trip. Highly recommend. 

Rancho Pacifico in Uvita, Costa Rica

An amazing experience. Yoga, food, resort everything was amazing. Beautiful view of the whale’s tail. 

It was awesome! The grounds are beautiful , the staff is so friendly, and the beds are so comfy!
The retreat was absolutely wonderful - loved the yoga sessions, the people, our activities, and the food! Third year attending and I will be back!💜

Melinda and Kelsey know yoga retreats and are great leaders. I love that they give you daily itineraries, but give you enough time to explore on your own personal time. I am lucky to be able to go on 3 retreats and each provided it's own unique experience. My takeaway from Nectar was clean, relaxing property. Wonderful staff and kitchen providing three fresh meals a day. It was a touching experience to see one of the cooks picking fresh herbs just feet away from my room for our daily meals. Awesome yoga dome! Location and nature making you feel away from it all and to really unwind. Fun gathering areas for all the retreat attendees. Nectar was great! Kelsey and Melinda were great! I would recommend any retreat and looking forward to my next in the near future. Thanks WeTravel and SSHY!

This was the most amazing trip!  I have been wanting to go on a yoga retreat for many years and finally decided to go for it with my yoga studio, Soul Sweat Yoga.  I couldn't be more happy that I chose Costa Rica for my first yoga retreat. The location and resort were so magical and beautiful and had my spirit relaxing in no time. AMAZING! What a great experience. This was my first retreat and the resort was great, as well as Soul Sweat's hard work to make this an amazing experience. Every day was full of options - as well as the coordination of meals and excursions. The classes were strategic for each day. Going away from this retreat loving yoga and wanting to do more retreats! Bodhi Tree was exactly what I was looking for on my vacation to Nosara. The rooms were clean, quiet and very up to date. The entire staff is so accommodating and friendly! We were able to feel connected to nature while practicing yoga inside the resort.

Incredibly fulfilling retreat! The classes were great and the company was amazing. I truly enjoyed spending time with everyone who attended the retreat. So many great memories made! The accommodations were a little less than what I expected - the water was salty and smelled like sulfur - but other than that, the grounds were beautiful and the service was excellent.
